Autism & ADHD Assessment

Do the experiences of neurodivergent adults resonate with you, suggesting a possible missing piece of self-understanding? You may be seeking official diagnostic assessment and documentation, or perhaps you are curious about self-identification and want a supportive space for exploration.

My practice is built to serve adults whose neurodivergence may have been overlooked, internalized, or managed through coping strategies for years. Whether you are seeking diagnostic assessment, non-diagnostic identity exploration, or ongoing psychotherapy, our work together will be grounded in a neurodiversity-affirming framework.

What "Neurodiversity-affirming" Means For Me:
  • Recognizing neurodiversity as a natural part of human variation
  • Delighting in neurodivergent ways of being and unique contributions
  • Centering internal, lived experience throughout the assessment process
  • Approaching diagnosis with an awareness of its historical and systemic biases
  • Cultivating a sensory friendly, low-demand environment
  • Welcoming questions about my own neurotype, in service of representation and safety

Here's the answer

We’re not an evolutionary accident, but an adaptation. We are not what you think we are. We are useful, valued, loved. We’re the scientists and artists, the dreamers and the engineers. We’re vital to all of it.
